6 pax joined D2 this morning to pick up heavy stuff
Following the disclosure a 5-minute warm-up was completed consisting of squats, lots of arm circles, imperial walkers, planks and bear crawls.
The workout focused heavily on the shoulders and look a little something like this –
5 Rounds of:
- Arm Circles and overhead clamps until we felt the burn
- Overhead (aka Shoulder) presses until we started to struggle real good
- Overhead holds until you wanted to quit
- Bear crawls that were just a little to long to be fun
Boom. Done.
We were joined this morning by a pax from Atlanta – I think his F3 name was driveshaft but don’t hold me to that.
