HAW WEEK: Zachary Tellier HERO WOD

Day 3 of Haw Week didn’t disappoint, the weather was hot and muggy, and PAX put in work.


Tha Thang: Continuing theme of Hero WOD I found one for US Army Infantryman Zachary Tellier. It was a chipper “for Time-ish” and consisted of 650 total reps. We did a quick little mosey around the lot and went to work. Link to Zachary Tellier WOD ants story below.

10 Burpees

10 Burpee + 25 T Push-ups

10 Burpees + 25 T Push-up + 50 lunges

10 Burpees + 25 T push-ups + 50 lunges + 100 sit-ups

10 Burpees + 25 T Push-ups + 50 Lunges + 100 Sit-ups + 150 Air squats

Ya boy Hearbreaker was the first to finish ! And not leaving any 6 behind, we knocked extra credit reps of air squats with Fidget Spinner. It was fun, and it sucked!
