Conditions were great, I pulled up a few minutes early after asking for the Q from D2.  Upon arrival I saw Loveseat, Yogi Bear, and Mall Cop all completing the first of SEVERAL runs that Yogi did throughout the day and night.

Yall know I tend to have the hardest Q’s and more times than not, limited movements, simple, and challenging.  My personal philosophy is K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple, Stupid) when planning a workout.  Today was no exception and I hope it didn’t disappoint the hard hitters that put in the work.

Mosey the the tennis courts, we did the “300”.  Its a quick little workout that I am trying to do daily and every time I travel, and can bang it out in the hotel.  100 Merkins, 100 Bigboy Sit-ups, 100 DEEP squats.   The PAX does 10 reps of each, 10 times.  Simple and effective, we did T Merkins as a variation of hand release and to act as an equalizer.  We were chased off by a couple Pickle Ball players and Yogi told us they’re about to level all the trees to add more pickle courts.

Mosey to basketball courts (que the Metalica,,, Footloose says you can never have too much Metalica)

Suicide 1= Baseline, free throw, half court, free throw, baseline.

Suicide 2 = 10 Merkins to start and 10 reps every time you return to the baseline.

Suicide 3 = 10 Squats to start and 10 reps every time you return to the baseline.

Suicide 4 = 10 Bigboy Sit-ups and 10 reps every time you return to the baseline.

Mosey to the gazedo by the sea.. the acoustics were good!  grab a bench and bang out a couple rounds of Hee Haw’s Smoke House.

5 Decline Merkins, 10 Merkins, 15 Incline Merkins, 20 Dips, and 25 Little Baby Crunches.
