Stations

Seven men met in Gloom to better themselves. Pretty simple workout. Warmed up at compass by pier. Did ten reps of three exercises at each of three stations. Mosey back to start, repeat. Station 1 Compass (dips, stepups 10 each leg, big boy sit ups) Station 2 End of Cover on Pier ( Shoulder Taps -2ct, American Hammers-2 ct, Lunges 10 each leg) Station 3 T on Pier (Merkins, Squats, Plank Jacks) Do as many as you could before 6:10. All I can say is Yogi is a damn beast. Loveseat, Low Lights, Mr Brady, Yogi, Blackberry, War Chicken.
