Had seven pax for the workout this morning. Started with a brief warm up and short mosey to benches by pier. Did round of descending numbers of dips/sit ups with a step up on each leg in between. Set of nine of each , eight of each , seven of each and so forth until countdown finished. Mosey to picnic tables. Repeat set with squats/four count american hammers with trip over the tables instead of step ups. Mosey to flag for round three with merkins/4 count flutter kicks. Finally into the living room for a round of burpees/step ups steps. Little different here, start with six burpees/one step up then five/two, four/three and so forth. Ended with a round of dealers choice.
