Mosey for about 1/3 mile, do 16 burpees, 16 merkins, 16 bonnie blairs, 16 big boy situps. Repeat 6 times, then do 4 of each exercise so that we ended up doing in aggregate 100 burpees, 100 merkins, 100 bonnie blairs, 100 big boy situps. Covered 2.25 miles going the back way to the Presbyterian Church and then around by Frosty’s.
