Chose to work out in the living room with the cold temps, stiff wind and misting rain. Seven pax gathered to start the week of right. Pretty straight forward workout. We completed three sets of Merkins, Squats, LBCs and Step Ups. Some chose to replace the step ups with box jumps. Each set was comprised of a descending number of reps of each exercise 20,15,10,5. 600 total reps for those counting at home.
