6 PAX convened on Columbus Day. No counting reps to promote mubblechatter. It was worth it.
Mosey to the playground for 10 pull-ups OYO.
We completed two circuits of B.O.M.B.S. (burpees, overhead press, merkins, BBSU, and squats). Each PAX took a turn starting and stopping the exercise so the rest of us could talk. At the end of each exercise, the designated PAX picked a spot for us to run to then return to starting point.
Lots of good mubblechatter. We learned from Stumpy what constitutes a good stump. He is loving his flip phone. Butterfinger educated me on what the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center does–I wish I had his job. War Chicken shared some great parenting philosophy. Mr. Brady gave great advice for claiming deductions when self employed (it helps to have income if you’re going to deduct expenses). Layer Cake worked hard and modestly engaged in the mumblechatter. We know he is a part of the F3 financial planning sub-culture, and he hails from Alma.
