Mosey to the cones for the Burpee Hand Release Merkin with an Extra Squat Line Drill. Followed by more peter parker’s, hand release merkins and parker peter’s
Walk to the playground for the next workout –
- 1 pull-up
- 10 lunges
- Jog a circle in the field
- 10 Squats
- Repeat adding pull-ups until 5 reps are completed then work back down to 1. (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)
Don’t Let GO – Grab the bar and hold until you drop. We need some work here.
Walk back to the front of the school and to the cones for another round of Burpee Hand Release Merkin with an Extra Squat Line Drill
