We had double digits today with 10 people showing up including anFNG brought by Geico. It was the usual madness of sprints upper body lower body and abs. Everybody was breathing hard at the end which means the goal was reached. However, the only way I reached my goal was to make sure everybody else made their goal, so I stood around a little bit.
