Dodgeball Training, by dodgeball.

We all need to be a little more agile. Agility comes in handy when doing all the essential things of life: Jumping, Squatting, moving to the left, moving to the right, and when all things are done in one synchronized dance, you have the best sport ever invented, dodgeball. Yes, the childhood game that separates men from boys. That wins the hearts of the fair maidens, that bursts the egos of those unaccomplished. Dodgeball, the great equalizer – which doesn’t actually equalize anything. On the contrary it rewards the most agile and punishes those who are not. Once again, our focus was on agility training.
