5, 10, 15, 20

12 men gathered in the humid air to get a workout in. I was pleased to see a large crowd with 3 guests, @lexluthor from Charlotte and @homeboy and @garfield from Cherokee.

Warm up of weed pickers with the yogi hip thrust thrown in, finkle kicks to see who had the worst balance and LBC, oops I meant Little Baby arm circles. Ran around the parking lot twice then to the playground in the rear.

Da thang: 5 pull up, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 big boy sit ups, run the length of the playground is one set. Goal, 10 sets.

Slowsey back to flags and a few rounds of flutter kicks and merkins to polish off the workout. I heard a comment about the workout is supposed to be a Saint Simon’s workout, not a navy seal workout? I will take it as a compliment!

Close out and prayer by @garfield. Pray for Carl getting surgery. Manna house Saturday.
