D2 needed some Zzzzz’s. I took the Q. 10 Pax showed up. Somewhere there was a disclaimer. We ran. We did BBS and Merkins. We ran some more. Prayer for this county, country, and Nation . And there was Charmin! The End!
Well, not so fast. We did a 3 part warm-up, with sSH, a mosey then SSH and Tappy Taps, mosey, then SSH, Tappy Taps, Finkle Kicks (HeeHaw was most improved) and baby arm circles.
The Thang: 5,10,15,20 – take a Lap. Rinse and Repeat. 5 merkins, 10 BBS, 15 merkins, 20 BBS
Goal was for 5 laps. Yogi did 7 and I called it.
We mosey out the exit and did two sets of 4 lunges/ squat, 4 lunge 2 squat, 4/3, to 4/8. Mosey then again 4/1 to 4/6
Final line up along side walk, two by two for “couples sprint” with just enough gap between to make you try to pass the lap in front.
Awesome weather. Great guys. And Charmin returned. As it turns out Dodgeball used a subtle but effective tactics by leaving the F3 shovel flag in his yard…he had no choice to come!
