Well Dodgeball called me out for my standard formula of running, burpees, and bear crawls and although I considered breaking the mold to prove a point, I just couldn’t think of a better way to embrace the suck than with that trifecta of pain. We covered just over 2.3 miles today
Kudos to Fidget Spinner who continues to push myself and get better on the distance running parts every time he posts. In his words, “I’m never gonna improve if I fartsack.” True words for us all to remember when that 5 AM alarm goes off.
