I was called upon to Q my first workout and gladly accepted. 12 PAX were in attendance in the gloom, including 1 FNG (Tea Party). Hopefully, most will agree that the title of this post isn’t because I bombed my VQ, but the name of the workout.
The thang:
Warm Up – Little Baby Arm Circles, Reverse Little Baby Arm Circles, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps, WeedPickers
Mosey to OPES Parking Lot Entrance where we planked for the 6. The plank went straight into Mountain Climbers then a set of Side Straddle Hop
We continued our mosey back to COT where we began
We then did our partnered up into six pairs for a B.O.M.B.S. workout. While one partner ran a lap around the parking lot, the other partner was working towards completing:
50 Burpees
100 Overhead Claps
150 Merkins
200 Big Boy Sit Ups
250 Squats
We then warmed down with Finkel Kicks

In attendance were @cancan, @cowtipper, @dodgeballs, @fidgetspinner, @labrat, @loveseat, @mallcop, @siri, @snowball, @teaparty, @tinmantoo, @warchicken.

Great work to all PAX who sweat it out that morning, especially @Tinmantoo who rung out a cup of sweat from his shirt into the OPES parking lot. Special shout out to @Loveseat and @Snowball who completed the entire workout.

We ended with COT and introduced FNG Tea Party
