Dodgeball was out of town for his Q, so I grabbed it this morning. Only four of us met in the gloom, but enjoyed the mumblechatter the whole way through. Did you know that War Chicken is quite fond of racing cars? Or that Ricky Martin’s Instagram is full of him performing original songs that are pretty damn good? Or that Heehaw spent his weekend wrangling cattle (or finding cows in the woods? Something like that)
The thang
Mosey down butler ave. Warmup with SSH, war chicken squats, don quixotes. Then 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 crunchy frogs.
Mosey to Kings Way. 25 Carolina dry docks.
Mosey to Presbyterian church. Took turns bear crawling up and down wheelchair ramp while others hold plank.
mosey to ball park. 5 pull-ups, 20 dips, 4 pull-ups, 20 dips, 3 pull-ups, 20 dips and so forth. Heehaw managed to finish all his reps while also finding time to pull a Graceland.
Up and over on the picnic tables while doing contra-burpees – ladder down from 6 merkins in your burpee.
Mosey back to pier.
