@everyone 2nd try at running the Q, people actually showed up and we got a good chest workout. Some arm circles and side straddle hops to warm up then we did a mosey circuit around the parking lot with 5 stations of 8 count body builders, merkins, diamond merkins, wide arm merkins, and crossfit style merkins starting at 1 rep each, then 2, up to 10. I dont think anyone got to 10 but @DodgeBall led the pack throughout. We finished with 10 merkins in cadence.

We had a FNG, a buddy of mine from work join us, Lou Ligouri who was appropriately named “Mall Cop” hope to see alot more of him in the future.
