Five PAX made it out Thursday morning for an easy workout in mild 47-degree weather.
Started with a gentle climb up the mountain to gain an elevation of 50 side straddle hops, 50 push-ups, 50 weed pickers, and 50 squats. Light job around the parking lot followed by a slow stroll back down the mountain for 50 side straddle hops, 50 push-ups, 50 weed pickers, and 50 squats.
.25-mile Fartlek run with 10 burpees, 10 Merkins, 20 side straddle hops, and a few other mild exercises sprinkled throughout. .25-mile sprint back to start. Repeat.
Finished up with enough sets to complete a total of 300 push-ups for the morning. Easy day.
