Slowsie to the playground for 26 per reps of bench dips, pull-ups, bench step ups, then 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 baby jump squats, 20 big boy sit-ups, 15 Rosalitas, 15 Freddy Mercury’s
Slowsie back to front for lunges, reverse lunges, bear crawl, crawl bear, bunny hop, sprint to startex.
Cool down with yoga stretches.
