COP… 20 Side Straddle Hop IC, 20 Jeff Imperial Walkers, 10 Merkins OYO, 9 Burpees OYO.  Count was totaled to 59.  59 would be the theme for this mornings work.  We would be doing reps for the 59 lives lost in Las Vegas.  Before getting started, I read Matthew 22;36-40 “Jesus said unto them, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets” 

The Good Book doesn’t say only love your vegan neighbor, NRA member neighbor, white neighbor, Hindu neighbor, UF fan neighbor (pretty sure it mentions Jorts in there somewhere), black neighbor, gay neighbor, or straight neighbor…. it says Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.  Think about the crappy stuff going on in the world we live in… Climate troubles, hurricanes, shooting, political issues, racial and economic tensions, the list could go on and on.  So with all this crap, imagine how YOU can make it different, you can start by loving your neighbor.  Before you cut someone down on social media, LOVE THY NEIGHBOR.  Before you pass judgement on someone’s opinion, LOVE THY NEIGHBOR. Before you pass on donating to help a charity, LOVE THY NEIGHBOR.  We are High Impact Men, we are leaders in our home and community, and we can change the world!!!!!!  We have the opportunity for our 2.0’s, M’s, friends, and acquaintances to see us LOVING THY NEIGHBOR.    Men, I charge each of you to change the world, and LOVE THY NEIGHBOR!

Notable mublechatter…. Inmate and Rosebud need some 2nders to help support their aging giblets.

Mosey to tennis courts for Burpee Suicides, then Indian Run back to Flags… Wait, there weren’t any flags. That’s NOT COOL, they MUST be posted at every workout.

Notable PAX absent even after personal invites from YHC… Cowtipper and Tinman.  Inmate pointed out that Cowtipper did a nice job Sunday tickling the ivories, and he didn’t hear him make a mistake or play the wrong song.

Announcements: Punkin Chunkin tomorrow 10-10-17 at 4pm or 1600 for you civies at SSUMC.  All 3’s taking place, or you could sit and sip on sweet tea and watch Inmate and D2 (he didn’t post this morning either).  5,000 punkins need chunkin.

Prayer Request: Mrs Howell’s coworker are parents to one of the Green Beret’s that lost his life in Niger.
