YHC had more cobwebs to shake off than the rest of the crew having only posted once in the past two weeks.  Glad to be back in action with you guys pushing me to be better

When I rolled up at 5:25, the parking lot was thumping with some major bass and sick rap lyrics.  I expected it must be coming from some young gun like Bearded Millenial but it turned out to be Rosebud jamming out in his Mercedes, getting pumped up for the workout.  LOVE THAT

Without my own set of cones to mark off the Beast, I resorted to some extra bags of chips in my trunk leftover from a party.  DJ Rosebud saw this happening and offered up the cones he had in his trunk but I declined because chips are funnier and my headline would only work using them.

Two sweet older ladies passed us on their morning stroll right as we were in the throes of monkey humpers #impeccabletiming

Prayer requests for Green Screen’s friend battling cancer, Nomad’s 2.0 back in the hospital, Dee West who lost her husband last week, those affected by the deaths at Redfern Village last week.
