The islanders challenged the Brunswick boys to see who would have more men post. In a LANDSLIDE victory the Islanders won 6-1

Now on to the workout
We moseyed from the flag and onto the track that circles the park. While running the track we stopped along the way to complete the following exercises.
1st workout
side straddle hop x45, merkins’ x12, big boy sit-up with flutter kicks mixed in
2nd workout
Pull-up and burpee ladder (starting at 5) in between each exercise was a 75 yard jog
3rd workout
We jumped over some coupons that we found along the way. 4 of them all nicely in a row. Forwards, both sides, and then 2 at a time
4th workout
Dips x16
After the dips we ran from the track back towards the flag and into the tennis court for a little 4 corners actions.
