It was a hot morning for this last Jailbreak of July. The pax of 7 included two visitors who are in SSI for vacation. Glad to have Red Rider (from SAV) and FlowMax (FNG).
The beatdown began with 10 burpees OYO. Then a mosey around to the casino parking lot on Beachview for COP

Then a mosey over to the ramp at the daycare center of SSUMC. Here we ran a circuit of 11’s with merkins at one end, and jump squats at the other.
After that, we moseyed over to the front steps of FBCSSI. Here we ran another circuit of 11’s with derkins on the front steps and LBC’s by the sidewalk. In a twist, rather than running from end to end, we bear crawled in one direction, then crab walked the other.
Next, we moseyed back to the sunken living room for 6MOM.

This wrapped up a good beatdown to start the week. As mentioned, we were glad to have Red Rider from the Savannah F3 as well as his old college roommate who had not experienced F3. We dubbed him FlowMax, and hopefully he can continue F3 near his home. Glad to have them, and enjoy your vacation.
