The Thang:
Warm up lap around parking lot loop
Circle up for a few minutes of stretching and warm up
- 10 Little baby arm circles (Forward/Backward)-IC
- 10 Moroccan night clubs-IC
- 10 Bird Dogs (Left/Right)-IC
- 10 Bird Dogs (Right/Left)-IC
- 15 SSH-IC
- 10 Fire Hydrants each leg-OYO
- 10 Hip Circles each leg-OYO
B.L.I.M.P.S.
Each workout was designated to a respective light pole and the pax ran a full lap (0.15 mile) around the loop before moving on to the next light pole and workout
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Lunges each leg
- 15 Imperial Walkers
- 20 Merkins
- 25 Plank Jacks
- 30 Squats
After the pax finished the circuit, they walked backwards from the last light pole doing each workout again in backwards order in one single lap
We finished with a few sets OYO
- 10 Dips
- 2 Sets of 20 crunches
- 10 V-ups
